Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD is seeking a proactive learner engagement coordinator to engage enrolled learners, confirm course dates, and drive attendance across scheduled classes. You will coordinate course schedules and communicate with learners to ensure timely attendance and smooth onboarding.

This role emphasizes excellent customer service, high-volume outbound communication, and collaboration with operations and student services.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, telesales, call centre operations, education, or learner engagement is advantageous.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Persuasive, patient, and resourceful in handling learner concerns and securing attendance commitments.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with learner management systems.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• 5 days per week on a rotating roster, including weekends, with 2 scheduled off-days per week.

Responsibilities

• Engage with learners to confirm course dates and secure attendance.
• Provide reminders, guidance, and support to ensure learners attend their scheduled classes.
• Handle learner requests for course changes, rescheduling, or clarifications in line with company policies.
• Achieve monthly attendance targets set by the company.
• Provide high standards of customer service by resolving queries and addressing learner needs promptly.
• Maintain proper records and reporting of enrolments and attendance for management review.
• Work closely with operations and student services teams to ensure smooth learner onboarding and attendance.
