SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Learner Engagement Executive to engage enrolled learners, coordinate course schedules, and drive attendance through proactive communication and excellent customer service.

You will work with operations and student services to ensure smooth onboarding, maintain records, and meet monthly attendance targets while delivering high-quality support and clear guidance to learners.

Formación

• Prior experience in customer service, telesales, call centre operations, education, or learner engagement is advantageous.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Persuasive, patient, and resourceful in handling learner concerns and securing attendance commitments.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with learner management systems.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with learners to confirm course dates and secure attendance.
• Provide reminders, guidance, and support to ensure learners attend their scheduled classes.
• Handle learner requests for course changes, rescheduling, or clarifications in line with company policies.
• Achieve monthly attendance targets set by the company.
• Provide high standards of customer service by resolving queries and addressing learner needs promptly.
• Maintain proper records and reporting of enrolments and attendance for management review.
• Work closely with operations and student services teams to ensure smooth learner onboarding and attendance.
