BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is recruiting for a Student Discipline Support role in Singapore. Based in Yishun, the position is a 5-day week with early morning hours and lunch breaks.

The role focuses on maintaining a positive school tone, patrolling facilities, and working with the Discipline Unit to manage incidents and records. The candidate will participate in interventions, investigations, and liaison with parents as needed.

Qualifications

• At least a GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role, including experience in disciplinary management.
• Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Email and Google Tools

Responsibilities

• Advocate for positive discipline and maintain a positive school tone during school hours.
• Patrol the school premises and engage identified at-risk students and the general student body.
• Assist in investigating serious offences and engaging parents if needed.
• Maintain disciplinary records (print and soft copies).
• Assist in Intervention Programmes run by the Student Discipline Unit (e.g. In-House Suspension, Detention Classes & Students-In-Risk counselling).
• Make routine checks in school premises and nearby areas to deter unauthorized activities as deployed by the Unit.
