Job summary

Sunnyhill Ace is seeking a dedicated school pastoral care professional to support primary students with behavior management, mentorship, and well-being checks. You will coordinate with teachers and counselors, run restorative conversations, and facilitate a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The role includes supervising recess, conducting check-ins, and leading detentions and reintegration activities, with emphasis on calm, empathetic communication and positive student development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or Education are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recess presence and student engagement to build rapport with students.
