Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or Diploma in Security Management, Social Services, Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of operational support experience in student tracking, safety enforcement, or related sectors; experience in educational settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, assertive yet empathetic communication, and calm handling of challenging student interactions.

Responsibilities

• Discipline & Safety Coordination: Assist the school’s Discipline Board and Operations Manager in tracking student attendance profiles, managing tardiness registries, and enforcing school attire regulations.
• Perimeter Patrols: Conduct routine campus security checks and perimeter patrols during morning arrival, recess shifts, and dismissal peak hours to ensure safe traffic flow and student order.
• Administrative Records: Maintain organized logs of student disciplinary case files, counseling appointment bookings, detention schedules, and late-coming registries inside the internal school data system.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an administrative liaison between school leaders, form teachers, and parents/guardians to communicate routine disciplinary records or address immediate student welfare matters.
