SUNNYHILL ACE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to supervise students during school hours, promote safety, and support positive behaviour through restorative practices.

The role involves supervising areas, supporting disciplinary processes, assisting investigations, and helping with data entry and program facilitation, including after-school activities run by external vendors. You will work within the SDT framework.

Qualificações

• Academic qualifications as stated: at least 5 N-level passes with English B or 3 O-level passes with English C.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant youth work or child/youth interaction experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with Word/PowerPoint; Excel for data entries and trend reports.
• Advantage: basic knowledge of video production/editing.

Responsabilidades

• Area Supervision & Walkabouts to manage student behavior and safety.
• Disciplinary Support & Case Management during detention and reflection sessions.
• Incident Investigation Assistance with interviews and CCTV retrieval.
• Data Entry & Follow-up tracking into the SDT system.
• Event & Programme Facilitation including after-school activities run by external vendors.
• Maintain professional boundaries with restorative mentoring.
