Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with primary school children is an advantage.
• Experience in student wellbeing or counselling is preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate calmly and use restorative conversations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students during recess and monitor behaviour.
• Provide behavioural intervention and emotional support to help students in challenging situations.
• Conduct individual student check-ins and coordinate follow-ups with teachers and parents.
• Supervise detention and reflection sessions and guide students in setting behavioural goals.
• Manage the Ke-nect Hub, organise student activities and maintain a welcoming environment.
