Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking staff to support Student Management through investigations, statements, and incident reporting. The role closes the loop with parents, staff, and students, ensuring clear directions from KPs.

A core focus is maintaining a strong discipline tone by patrolling the school and supervising canteen periods and detention sessions as scheduled during MOE holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Student Management team (SM team) in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews
• Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant KPs for directions
• Closing the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students
• Walk around school and the vicinity to ensure discipline
• Station at canteen during recess/break times to manage students' behaviour
• Work with SM team to ensure that students report for detention
• Supervise detention sessions on Tue, Wed and Thu
• Engage students meaningfully during detention sessions
• Maintain attendance and behavioural records during detention sessions
• Update and follow up with detention defaulters
• Support SM team in managing students sent out of class and on internal suspension
• Support learning continuity during suspension through liaising with Year Heads
• Manage school front counter services
• Handling visitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their needs
• Handling queries and complaints via phone
