Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Student Management professional to assist the Discipline team in managing student discipline, conducting house visits with school personnel, and following up with parents. You will patrol the school premises, assist with investigations, and support case management for at-risk students.

The role requires reporting in English, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in enforcement or related settings. Regular hours with school-based duties.

Qualifications

• Speak, read and type incident reports in English.
• Minimum 3 years in enforcement agencies with restorative practices.
• Able to work with young students and build rapport with school stakeholders.
• Experience in primary school environment and student management preferred.
• Attention to service excellence, meticulous, and deadline-driven.
• Basic ICT skills; data entry and logging incidents in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Discipline team in managing students’ discipline.
• Conduct house visits and follow-up calls to parents.
• Patrol school premises for orderliness and supervise canteen duties.
• Be involved in case management for at-risk students.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Support investigations and manage student incidents during school events.
• Guide staff in investigations and manage student incidents/discipline.
• Ad-hoc duties to support development of at-risk students.
