Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a disciplined professional to support the Discipline team in a fixed‑term contract in Singapore. The role focuses on case management, investigations, and maintaining student order across the school environment.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in enforcement, strong rapport-building with students and staff, and basic ICT proficiency to log incidents and data. Prior primary school experience is preferred; flexibility for school duties is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in enforcement agencies with restorative discipline experience.
• Able to work with school students and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in a primary school environment and student management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Discipline team in managing student discipline across the school.
• Conduct house visits with school personnel and follow up with parents by phone.
• Manage students under inhouse detention, missing students and MELDUMP cases.
• Patrol school premises to maintain order, cover traffic, canteen duties and free play areas.
• Be involved in case management for at-risk students and document findings.
• Conduct investigations and take statements from students, then submit reports.
• Perform spot-checks on students’ appearance and general neatness.
• Support Discipline team during school functions and activities.
• Supervise students with additional needs (SwANs) as assigned.
• Participate in student management meetings to discuss incidents and actions.
• Guide staff to conduct investigations and manage student incidents/discipline.
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties that support at-risk student development.
