Qualifications

• O level Certification required.
• 2 years experience in similar role with disciplinary management.
• Excellent team-player with strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Email and Google Tools.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Positive Discipline.
• Support the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school campus and engaging at‑risk students.
• Assist in investigating serious offences and engaging parents as needed.
• Maintain disciplinary records (print and digital copies).
• Assist in Intervention Programmes run by the Student Discipline Unit.
• Perform routine checks inside the school and nearby areas to ensure students are not engaging in improper activities.
