Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd is hiring for a School Discipline & Safety Coordinator to promote a positive school environment and patrol premises. You will engage at-risk students, support disciplinary investigations, and maintain records with care.

Counselling and intervention programmes are involved in this role. The ideal candidate has O-Level or equivalent qualifications or 5 years’ relevant experience, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent, or 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in disciplinary management preferred.
• Organised, meticulous & able to multi task.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Email & Google Tools.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote Positive Discipline and a positive school environment
• Patrol school premises and engage at-risk students
• Support disciplinary investigations & parent engagement
• Maintain student disciplinary records
• Assist with intervention programmes and counselling
• Conduct routine checks within and around the school premises
