Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a disciplined, communication-focused professional to support student discipline and investigation processes. The role requires handling investigations, collecting statements, and updating families while maintaining confidentiality.

You will supervise students during detention, assist with in-house suspensions, and maintain accurate records in MS Office and Google Workspace. A background in restorative practice or uniformed service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in restorative practice and behavioral intervention.
• Calm and able to handle challenging student situations.
• At least 3 years' experience in a uniformed service (e.g. Police, Prison Service or equivalent).
• Experience in youth-related case investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
