Job summary

Eco-ITS Private Limited is seeking a SM Support Officer to assist the Student Development Team in managing student behaviour and daily operations, ensuring a safe school environment. Responsibilities include supervision, coordinating consequences, incident recording, and data entry for timely follow-up.

The role involves supporting school events and after-school programmes, maintaining professional boundaries, and performing duties assigned by School Leaders during working hours.

Qualifications

• Min 5 N-level passes with at least grade B in English or 3 O-level passes with at least grade C in English.
• Alternatively, 5 years of youth work/child engagement experience or ex-SPF officer may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise areas and conduct walkabouts during hours to manage student behaviour.
• Oversee students during consequences (detention, reflection, community service) for orderly environments.
• Assist with incident management by collecting records and CCTV footage where needed.
• Support data entry and preparation of weekly late-coming data for SDT follow-up actions.
• Assist with school events and after-school programmes, including attendance-taking.
• Maintain professional boundaries and use a restorative approach in interactions with students.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel during working hours.
