Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks capable candidates to support student welfare through roving supervision, rapport building, and conflict resolution. The role covers behavioural support, check-ins, and case follow-up with teachers and parents, including home visits as needed.

Responsibilities also include managing detention and reintegration efforts, plus daily hub operations to foster positive peer relationships and a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Former/retired educators are welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recess & Engagement: roving supervision, build rapport, observe interactions, resolve conflicts.
• Behavioural Support: attend to challenging behaviours, de-escalate, provide emotional regulation, restorative conversations.
• Check-ins: conduct individual check-ins, monitor well-being, follow up on concerns.
• Case Follow-up: liaise with teachers/YH/SC, communicate with parents, document interventions, prepare cases for follow-up (including home visits).
• Detention & Reintegration: facilitate detention, guided reflection, set behavioural goals, support reintegration.
• Hub Management: oversee daily operations of the Ke-nect Hub, curate activities, promote positive peer interactions, encourage student ownership, maintain a safe environment.
