Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience working with children or youths.

Responsibilities

• Support student discipline and behavior management
• Conduct preliminary investigations on student incidents
• Interview students and witnesses
• Review CCTV footage and incident records
• Supervise students during recess, dismissal and school activities
• Manage detention and suspension programmes
• Provide behavioural and socio-emotional support
• Prepare investigation reports and maintain confidential records
• Work closely with School Leaders and Student Development Team
