Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Student Management Support Officer (SMSO) to assist the Student Development Team in managing student behaviour and daily operations, while maintaining a safe school environment.

You will supervise students during consequences, support incident management, and contribute to data entry for attendance and discipline reports. Experience with youth engagement and video basics is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 5 N-level or 3 O-level passes.
• Candidates with 5 years’ experience in youth work/social service/ex-SPF may apply.
• Strong interpersonal and boundary management with students.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and walk around during duty hours to manage student behaviour.
• Supervise students during assigned consequences (detention, reflection, community service).
• Assist with incident management and retrieve records including CCTV footage.
• Assist with data entry for late-coming and weekly reports.
• Support school events and after-school programmes, including attendance.
