Job summary

SELF TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable Student Management Officer to support MOE schools with day-to-day student discipline and behavioural support, collaborating with the school’s Student Management Team to maintain a safe learning environment.

You will patrol premises during recess, manage at-risk students, conduct investigations, and prepare clear reports, while communicating effectively with staff, students, and parents; MOE instructor registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum N or O Level pass; diploma is advantageous.
• Experience with teenagers or in school discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office for case documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the school's Student Management Team in daily discipline tasks.
• Patrol premises to ensure orderliness during recess and sessions.
• Provide supervision and case management for at-risk students.
• Conduct investigations, obtain statements, and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain case notes, attendance data and disciplinary records.
• Participate in case-management meetings and communicate outcomes.
