Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in rotating and static equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CMMS, reliability principles, cGMP and predictive maintenance; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and breakdown investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Support maintenance planning, work orders in CMMS, documentation.
• Participate in maintenance shutdowns, inspections and equipment improvement activities.
• Assist with reliability initiatives, root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects.
• Support data collection, trend analysis and maintenance optimization.
• Participate in change controls, CAPA implementation and engineering improvement projects.
• Engage in structured training to develop technical and maintenance competencies.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and professional development.
