Job summary

AbbVie Singapore invites applications for the Attach & Train Programme, a 15-month structured on-the-job training track within our API Manufacturing team. You will work alongside experts to produce high-quality API while complying with GMP/GDP, EHS, and quality standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The programme targets developing technical proficiency in DeltaV, MES, batch documentation, and continuous improvement in a Singapore-based manufacturing site. Singapore Citizens/PRs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to DeltaV DCS and MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing instructions per procedures.
• Operate API unit operations with minimal supervision.
• Maintain GMP/GDP records and support QA documentation.
• Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisor to manage schedules.
