Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in Singapore offers the Attach & Train Programme, a 15-month structured on-the-job training within our API Manufacturing team.

You will work alongside experienced professionals to support production of high-quality API under strict GMP/GDP standards, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Open to Diploma/Bachelor’s graduates in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science, with 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing instructions per procedures and process-critical steps.
• Independently perform key API unit operations (charging, vessel transfer, filtration, drying, pack-off) with minimal supervision.
• Verify batch recipes and manufacturing documentation; support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
