Job summary

AbbVie is offering a 15-month Attach & Train Programme in Singapore to develop talent for the biomedical manufacturing sector. The Training & Document Control Trainee will support LMS setup, record management, and compliance with AbbVie and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility requires Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency. You will learn end-to-end quality systems, GMP training, and document lifecycle management while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience with Training and Documentation Management Systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Training Department with LMS setup and records.
• Schedule, conduct and coordinate training courses.
• Maintain training metrics and document lifecycle compliance.
