You will work alongside experienced professionals to support production of high-quality API under strict GMP/GDP standards, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Open to Diploma/Bachelor’s graduates in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science, with 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).

The Attach & Train Programme is a structured talent development programme designed to build skilled talent for Singapore’s advanced biomedical manufacturing sector through practical, industry-based training that develops the technical skills and capabilities needed to support the industry’s current and future workforce needs.

As aPharmaceutical Technologist, your development will take place through a 15-month structured on-the-job trainingprogramme within ourAPIManufacturing team.You will work alongside experienced professionals to support the production of high-quality active pharmaceutical ingredients(API)under rigorous quality and compliance standards, helping to ensure a safe and reliable supply of medicines to patients.

Due to the nature of the programme and its eligibility requirements, applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

WhatYou’llDo

Operational and Technical

Execute batch manufacturing instructions with flawless adherence toestablishedprocedures and process-critical steps.

Independently perform key API processing unit operations (e.g., charging, vessel transfer, filtration, drying, pack-off) with minimal supervision.

Verify batch recipes and manufacturing documentation, provide input on DCS recipe design, and support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives to drive manufacturing excellence.

Safety

Maintain a safe working environment in line with EHS policies,participatein the site Emergency Response Team, and contribute to safety risk assessments and process hazard analyses.

Quality

Ensuretimelyresolution of batch documentation errors and complete all records per GMP/GDP standards,keeping the plant audit-ready at all times.

Communicate issues promptly to stakeholders andfulfillongoing training requirements.

Schedule

Deliver assigned tasks on time, proactively managing complexities to prevent delays, and escal scheduling risks promptly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Hands-on technicalproficiencyin key API unit operations — including solid and liquid charging, vessel transfer, filtration, drying and pack-off — while operatingDeltaVand POMS/MES systems.

Developa strong foundationin batch documentation, quality/safety compliance (GMP/GDP, PHA)and continuous improvement.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or an equivalent technical-related discipline.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Exposure toDeltaVdistributed control systems and MES through internships, projects or prior experience would be an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Able to work comfortably in 12-hour rotating shift (Day/Night).
