Job summary

XIN CHENG SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead overall project management, planning, execution, and cost control for Singapore-based Industrial and Commercial projects.

You will manage site work, budgets, and tender-related activities while ensuring safety and quality at every stage. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 5 years of local experience, A&A exposure, and a valid Class 3 driving license with

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Singapore.
• Experience in A&A for Industrial/Commercial projects in Singapore is required.
• Able to work at multiple locations and sites.
• Able to work day/night rotating shifts with a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management, planning, control, and budget analysis to ensure profitability.
• Manage all site work including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, delivery and progress management while ensuring safety and high standards.
• Draft contracts, analyze bids, and award construction and procurement contracts as part of tender prep.
• Maintain client satisfaction and keep them informed of potential new business opportunities.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• In charge of overall project management, planning, and control, as well as project budget analysis and profitability.
• Manage all site work, including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, delivery management, and project progress management, to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard and that safety standards are followed.
• Drafting contracts, analysing bids, making recommendations, and awarding construction and procurement contracts as part of the preparation of tender documents.
• Maintain the client's satisfaction with the project's performance and keep them informed of any potential new business prospects.

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Singapore
• Singapore experience in A&A for Industrial/ and Commercial Projects is MUST
• Able to work at mulitple locations & sites
• Able to work day/night shifts, rotating shifts
• Class 3 Driving License with own vehicle
