Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or diploma in civil or structural engineering; PEB Singapore-recognized degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in C&S construction in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; knowledge of STAAD.Pro or ETABS is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulatory submissions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to design, plan, and oversee civil and structural (C&S) engineering works for building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural safety, technical quality, and compliance with Singapore codes and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan civil and structural (C&S) works in accordance with project requirements, approved drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
• Oversee and coordinate site execution to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and construction requirements.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth construction progress.
• Review structural drawings, calculations, and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and provide technical support in resolving structural and construction-related issues.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and consultants on technical matters and regulatory submissions where required.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering; a degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in C&S construction projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; knowledge of structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro or ETABS will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and C&S regulatory submission procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a project team.
