Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency in Singapore invites you to join our Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division to oversee and drive WT programmes and initiatives, supporting enterprises in their transformation journey.

You'll collaborate with government agencies, manage requirements, conduct UAT, and lead change management and communications for large-scale go-to-market initiatives, while adapting to a dynamic, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in incentive/programme/grant administration.
• Experience in communications and change management for large-scale go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and ceremonies, guiding teams through backlog management and sprint planning.
• Stakeholder management (internal and external).
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team with problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to volatile, ambiguous, complex and uncertain environment with multiple and changing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policy/ops policy/operations relating to WT initiatives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to scope business requirements and translate into user stories.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are translated into systems.
• Conduct user research/feedback to gather insights for user journeys.
• Implement communications plan and change management of partners.
• Support SFEC claim operations (including clawback/write-off operations, eligibility changes).
