Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency leads the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division to oversee and drive WT programmes, grants, and initiatives supporting enterprises on transformation and strengthening ties with Enterprise Transformation.

You will work with internal IT divisions and other government agencies to translate business requirements into IT systems, conduct UAT, and drive change management for partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in incentive/programme/grant administration.
• Experience in communications and change management for large-scale go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Stakeholder management (internal and external).
• Independent work with problem solving and analytical skills.
• Adaptability to volatile, ambiguous, complex environments with changing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policy/ops policy/operations relating to WT initiatives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to scope business requirements and translate into user stories for IT systems housing WT initiatives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure requirements translate into systems.
• Conduct user research/feedback on user behaviour to gather company insights on painpoints and user journeys.
• Implement communications plan and change management of partners.
• Support SFEC claim operations (including clawback/write-off operations, eligibility changes).
