Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (Planning) to lead enterprise-focused programmes. You will drive strategy, planning and coordination across EG, SWDA, MOM and other agencies, advancing workforce transformation and policy initiatives.

You will analyse trends, oversee KPIs, coordinate cross-agency inputs and manage the annual planning cycle to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
