Qualifications

Ability to scope and conduct programme or policy reviews and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct reviews of programme policies to assess effectiveness and alignment with workforce objectives; develop recommendations and implementation plans.
Draw, process, and analyse data from relevant sources to support programme tracking and respond to data queries.
Support annual workplan cycle by consolidating inputs across divisions and aligning to broader objectives.
Handle policy-related enquiries from MOM and other ministries; prepare responses to parliamentary questions and budget submissions.
Provide secretariat support for high-level committees: agendas, minutes, follow-ups.
Contribute to knowledge management; keep documents and processes up to date and accessible.
