Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is required.
• 3+ years in strategic planning, policy or corporate development preferred.
• Experience in health or social care is an advantage.

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning development and implementation of strategic plans.
• Engage divisions, MOH and partners to align priorities and plan workshops.
• Analyze complex issues and translate insights into recommendations and options.
• Review outcomes and progress toward strategic goals, refine indicators.
• Strengthen planning capability through prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Develop briefs and talking points for principals' engagements on rotation.
