Job summary

Atlaz is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to shape and execute initiatives at the intersection of Web3, stablecoins and payments. You will work hands-on across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to turn ambiguous problems into practical, end-to-end solutions.

You will assess market contexts, evaluate approaches, form recommendations, and drive initiatives into implementation, focusing on how blockchain-based solutions can improve real-world B2B financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant fintech/payments/Web3 experience.
• Exposure to Web3, stablecoins, digital payments or digital-asset infrastructure.
• Ability to define problems, analyse options and recommend solutions.
• Experience taking initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of payment and settlement processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into product designs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives from problem definition to implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance.
• Evaluate options across commercial, regulatory and technical considerations.
• Define implementation phases and operating requirements.
