The Merchant Operations team supports onboarding and day-to-day operations of global payment merchants, spanning integration, configuration, routing, conversion optimization and settlement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with working proficiency.
• Strong analytical and data-analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with transaction data and operational metrics.
• Willing to develop expertise in payments, Web3 and stablecoins.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding, integration and configuration for global payment services.
• Assist with payment configurations, pricing rules and routing policies across the payment lifecycle.
• Monitor transaction performance and analyze key metrics such as success rates and conversion rates.
• Identify payment funnel drop-offs and opportunities to improve transaction performance.
• Investigate transaction failures, API issues and payment flow blockers, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Participate in end-to-end payment testing and support ongoing product and user experience improvements.
• Gather merchant and user feedback to identify operational inefficiencies and potential enhancements.
