Deltaping Labs is seeking an Operations & Growth Manager to drive global user acquisition and ecosystem development across Web3. This senior, strategic role requires deep technical fluency, international market expansion expertise, and fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with Asia and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aggressive growth within Web3/Blockchain with proven scaling of decentralized products.
• Deep familiarity with Web3; DeFi protocols, non-custodial wallets, DEX/CEX, or GameFi preferred.
• Established global network of Web3 KOLs, media outlets, and project leads.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to negotiate with NA and Chinese partners.
• Strong data-driven mindset with on-chain analytics to optimize KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Formulate end-to-end user growth strategies across acquisition, conversion, retention, and viral loops.
• Design and scale ecosystem across communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit).
• Lead global market expansion with localized tactics for diverse regions.
• Establish strategic partnerships with global KOLs, media, and exchanges.
• Orchestrate campaigns (AMAs, airdrops) to maximize brand equity.
• Monitor market shifts and pivot growth strategies in real time.
• Own KPI metrics: DAU, MAU, LTV/CAC, etc.
• Operate in a high-pressure startup environment with results focus.
