ATLAZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead for Singapore to shape and execute initiatives at the crossroads of Web3, stablecoins and payments. This hands-on IC role requires translating business problems into practical, scalable solutions that improve B2B financial workflows.

You will work across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance, driving execution and influencing senior stakeholders while avoiding traditional software development or sales focus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, digital assets/Web3, product management.
• Hands-on exposure to crypto, stablecoins, digital payments or digital-asset infrastructure.
• Ability to work on problems where the solution is not initially defined.
• Experience taking products or initiatives from requirements through launch.
• Strong understanding of payment and settlement workflows.
• Comfortable operating in B2B, enterprise or institutional environments.

• Structure ambiguous business or operational problems and determine the information required to evaluate them.
• Assess different commercial, operational, regulatory and technical approaches before recommending a solution.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, payment workflows and practical solution designs.
• Evaluate applications of stablecoins, blockchain and digital payment infrastructure across B2B payment, settlement and trade-finance workflows.
• Assess areas such as payment rails, wallets, custody, on/off ramps, liquidity, blockchain networks, APIs and third-party integrations.
• Work directly with Product and Engineering to evaluate feasibility, integration requirements and implementation trade-offs.
• Work with Operations and Compliance to ensure proposed solutions can operate within practical and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate external technology, payment or infrastructure providers where required.
• Challenge assumptions and determine whether a proposed technology genuinely addresses the underlying business need.
• Present clear recommendations, trade-offs and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Personally drive execution rather than relying on a separate team to take the initiative forward.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead – Web3, Stablecoins & Payments to help shape and execute new initiatives involving digital assets, payment infrastructure and trade finance.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable working on problems where the solution may not yet be clearly defined.

You will be expected to understand the underlying business or operational problem, evaluate different approaches, recommend a practical solution and personally drive it through implementation.

The role sits across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance, with a focus on how stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure and digital payment and settlement rails can be applied to real-world B2B financial workflows.

The successful candidate should have strong practical understanding of Web3, payments and digital assets, together with the judgement to determine when these technologies genuinely solve a business problem — and when they do not.

This is not a software engineering, sales or traditional project-management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic initiatives from problem definition → analysis → recommendation → implementation → launch.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, digital assets/Web3, product management, product strategy, strategic operations, product operations or related areas.

• Hands-on professional exposure to crypto, stablecoins, digital payments or digital-asset infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability to work on problems where the solution was not initially defined.

• Strong experience analysing problems, evaluating alternatives and making clear recommendations.

• Experience taking products or initiatives from early-stage requirements through implementation and launch.

• Strong understanding of payment and settlement workflows.

• Comfortable operating in B2B, enterprise or institutional environments.

• Experience translating business requirements into product requirements, workflows or solution designs.

• Comfortable working directly across Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance.

• Sufficient technical understanding to discuss APIs, integrations, blockchain networks, wallets, custody and payment infrastructure with technical stakeholders.

• Able to work independently in a hands-on individual contributor capacity.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Software engineering or coding experience is not required.
