Job summary

Zig, a leading mobility platform, seeks a Lead Product Manager to own and scale the movement of money across our platform. You will guide cross‑functional teams at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless payments and accurate settlements.

You will shape payment acceptance across taxi and private‑hire services, manage integrations with acquirers and PSPs, ensure PCI DSS compliance, and build back‑office workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PM teams in payments/fintech settings.
• Deep knowledge of payment acceptance: card schemes, gateways, wallets.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across business units.
• Experience with AI/automation to streamline reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage payment acceptance strategy across taxi and private hire.
• Oversee integrations with acquirers, gateways, and PSPs; optimize authorization and cost of acceptance.
• Ensure payment security, tokenisation, 3DS, and fraud controls.
• Lead back-office payment operations, including reconciliation and driver payouts.
• Improve billing accuracy, invoicing, and collections to hasten cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate client needs into payment requirements.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and regulatory readiness across the domain.
• Mentor PMs in discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
