Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a senior-level professional to provide executive support and strategy execution across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. The role involves partnering with the C-suite, creating board-ready materials, and driving enterprise-wide programs from planning to delivery.

The candidate will lead governance frameworks, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong emphasis on governance, data, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, program management, PMO, strategy execution, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and leaders to drive strategic priorities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience designing governance frameworks, operating models, and management processes.
• Track record of leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance principles, policies, and controls.
• Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, risk, or control transformation programs.
• Exposure to enterprise Analytics, Data, Digital, and AI transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a leading management consulting firm and APAC regional programs is desirable.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations; Power BI is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Jira and/or Azure DevOps is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic execution partner to senior executives.
• Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and board-ready communications.
• Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis, insights, and recommendations.
• Track and drive closure of executive actions, commitments, and priorities.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end oversight across a portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, KPI scorecards, and governance reporting.
• Consolidate progress updates across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation of cross-functional challenges.
• Establish and enhance portfolio governance reporting disciplines.
