Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a senior-level professional to provide executive support and strategy execution across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. The role involves partnering with the C-suite, creating board-ready materials, and driving enterprise-wide programs from planning to delivery.

The candidate will lead governance frameworks, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong emphasis on governance, data, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, program management, PMO, strategy execution, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and leaders to drive strategic priorities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience designing governance frameworks, operating models, and management processes.
• Track record of leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance principles, policies, and controls.
• Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, risk, or control transformation programs.
• Exposure to enterprise Analytics, Data, Digital, and AI transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a leading management consulting firm and APAC regional programs is desirable.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations; Power BI is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Jira and/or Azure DevOps is an advantage.

• Assess existing operating models, organizational structures, and management processes.
• Design and implement scalable organizational and governance improvements.

• Support enterprise-wide transformation and organizational change initiatives.

Business Process Improvement

• Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement practical, scalable process solutions.
• Enhance workflows, governance mechanisms, and management controls.
• Standardize reporting, escalation, and performance management processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across business functions.

Resource & Capacity Management

• Develop resource planning and workforce management frameworks.
• Analyze capacity constraints, resource risks, and delivery impacts.
• Support prioritization and workforce planning activities across initiatives.
• Provide visibility into resource allocation and utilization.
• Partner with leadership to optimize deployment of organizational resources.

KPI & Performance Management

• Design and implement KPI frameworks aligned to strategic objectives.
• Translate business goals into measurable performance indicators.
• Produce management reporting, performance analysis, and executive insights.
• Support benefits realization tracking and outcome measurement.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management & Facilitation

• Facilitate executive meetings, workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Coordinate across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Build alignment among diverse stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
• Influence decision-making and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Ensure effective follow-through on actions and commitments.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization, dashboard development, and performance reporting is preferred.
• Working knowledge of project and portfolio management tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
