Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/PMO Analyst to support the modernization of banking platform initiatives. You will gather requirements, analyze current and future processes, and drive cross-border transaction banking improvements.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and hands-on experience in large-scale transformations within financial services. Collaboration with regional teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in banking, financial services or technology transformation projects.
• Strong business English communication skills (written and verbal).
• 5+ years supporting banking/financial services projects in BA/PMO/consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and functional specs.
• Conduct current-state and target-state assessments to identify gaps and improvements.
• Drive business process optimization for banking and transaction management.
• Coordinate workshops and requirements sessions with business users, IT, vendors and stakeholders.
• Support governance activities: reporting, milestones, and documentation management.
• Ensure requirements are translated into technical solutions with project teams.
• Assist UAT, test planning, defect management, and sign-off activities.
• Support change management and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
