Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting or transformation.
• Experience supporting business and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; bilingual English/Japanese a must.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document solutions for transformation projects.
• Support fit-gap analysis, process design, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare deliverables such as process maps, BRDs, status reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver projects.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and business impacts.
• Support proposals, client research, and business development activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
