Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator with PMO experience to support planning, governance, and delivery across client projects.

You will maintain plans, RAID logs, and status reports while coordinating with Risk, Finance, Data Management teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and manage dependencies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in project coordination or PMO, with familiarity in data governance and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in project coordination or PMO.
• Experience with IT/regulatory data governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data Management, and vendors to manage dependencies and issues.
• Support scope, milestones, governance, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Track PMO governance, reporting standards, and controls.
• Manage repositories, governance artefacts, and knowledge management documentation.
• Prepare and consolidate status updates and management reports.
• Coordinate meetings, capture decisions and actions, and follow through on deliverables.
