ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator/PMO specialist to support planning, governance and delivery across client projects. You will manage plans, risks, and artefacts while collaborating with Risk, Finance and Data Management teams as well as external vendors.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in PMO or project coordination, proficiency in governance processes, and strong communication to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels. Consulting experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Data Management, Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, PMO, governance or transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, governance, planning, status reporting, RAID, issue tracking and change control.
• Experience preparing project documentation, management reports, minutes, governance materials and stakeholder presentations.
• Experience in IT, regulatory, data governance, risk management or transformation projects in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and clients at various levels.
• Strong organizational, coordination and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• BCBS239, data governance or regulatory initiatives preferred.
• Experience with data governance tools like Collibra or Informatica is advantageous.
• Consulting firm experience is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Data Management teams and vendors to manage dependencies and risks.
• Support planning, development and maintenance of project scope, milestones, governance frameworks, roadmaps and documentation.
• Track compliance with PMO governance requirements and drive corrective actions.
• Manage project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned and knowledge management documents.
• Prepare and consolidate project status updates, management reports and governance documents.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture decisions and actions, and ensure deliverables are met.
