Qualifications

• 2+ years in tender management, business development, or bid coordination.
• Strong understanding of procurement procedures and contractual obligations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender management, including document prep, bid submission, and post-tender follow-ups.
• Review contracts, NDAs, and agreements to mitigate risk and align with objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to gather information and align tender strategies.
• Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, contracts, and performance metrics.
• Improve tendering and business development processes with best practices and efficiency measures.
• Drive lead generation through market research, industry events, and networking.
• Cultivate relationships with government agencies, chambers of commerce, embassies, and partners.
• Conduct market analysis on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
