Job summary

Shimizu Corporation Singapore Office is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tender activities for construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with Business Development, Project, Legal, Contracts and Technical teams, ensuring timely submission in line with internal governance and tender protocols.

Reporting to the Head of Department - Tender, you will partner with colleagues across Singapore and with Tokyo HQ to review requirements, prepare technical submissions,

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction discipline.
8–12 years of relevant experience in construction tendering.
Experience with main contractors or major projects advantageous.
Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, procurement, and risk.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and execute construction tenders from invitation to close-out.
Coordinate inputs from BD, Legal, Contracts, Planning, and Engineering.
Ensure compliance with Tender Protocol and governance.
Develop tender programmes, schedules and submission milestones.
Liaise with HQ Tokyo for approvals and technical input.
Support post-tender reviews and handover to projects.
