Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support its largest customers in the Greater China Region. You will engage in high-level technical and business discussions, manage complex integrations, and help customers maximize product value across Stripe’s platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to knowledge sharing, and coach customers on API usage, product adoption, and regional growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level client-facing work in the Greater China Region.
• Fluent business level Chinese required to work with users in the Greater China Region.
• Strong product sense and ability to solve difficult user-related problems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative manner.
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to technical Stripe customers.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to run basic queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a Gold Standard Experience to assigned accounts' key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure resources and knowledge are available.
• Foster long-term relationships to increase loyalty to Stripe products.
• Work cross-functionally to implement operational solutions on fraud, disputes, product adoption, and global expansion.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and other teams to support users on Stripe.
• Lead user-facing meetings in person and via video chat.
• Contribute to the design of support offerings.
• Create user-facing content for long-term solutions.
