Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers in the GCN region. You will manage complex integrations, explain APIs to technical users, and build long-term relationships to drive product adoption and global growth.

Fluency in Chinese and strong English communication are essential. You will collaborate with multiple teams to resolve technical and business challenges, both virtually and in person.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level client-facing work in the GCN region.
• Fluent in Chinese with business proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative manner.
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to technical Stripe customers.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to build/modify queries.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to interface with technical teams.
• Professional, collaborative client relationship manager at multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide a Gold Standard Experience to assigned accounts' key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations to share current state, resources and knowledge across teams.
• Foster long-term user relationships to grow loyalty to Stripe and products.
• Lead cross-functional discussions on fraud, disputes, product adoption, and global expansion.
• Work with Customer Success and user-facing teams to support Stripe users.
• Lead user-facing meetings in person or via video chat.
• Contribute to design of the support offering and processes.
• Create user-facing content for long-term solutions.
