Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager to deliver Gold Standard experiences to enterprise clients in the GCN region. You will guide cross-functional teams, foster strong client relationships, and proactively address technical and product-adoption challenges, including API integrations and data workflows.

The role emphasizes collaborative problem solving, fluency in Chinese and English, and a proactive, consultative approach to complex customer engagements across Stripe products and APIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level, client-facing experience in a technical environment.
• Fluent business-level Chinese required.
• Strong product sense and problem-solving for user-focused tech products.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to lead complex, consultative integration discussions.
• Familiarity with APIs; ability to explain API concepts to technical customers.
• Familiarity with SQL; able to build and modify basic queries.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Professional, collaborative client relationship management across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide Gold Standard Experience to assigned accounts’ key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to share knowledge and enable cross-team excellence.
• Build and maintain long-term user relationships to drive loyalty and product adoption.
• Lead cross-functional discussions, including on fraud, disputes, product adoption, and global expansion.
• Host user-facing meetings in-person or via video; capture outcomes and action items.
• Contribute to ongoing design of the support offering for Stripe customers.
• Create user-facing content for long-term solutions and self-service resources.
