Stripe is seeking a strategic Core Recruiter to support Risk, Partnerships, and Operations across the APAC region. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with senior leaders on hiring strategy, and build trusted relationships with candidates and teams to influence Stripe's growth.

The role requires strong experience in executive-level searches, data-informed decision making, and a passion for new AI-driven sourcing techniques to improve hiring quality and speed.

Formación

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and market insights.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across a breadth of functions and hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and define hiring plans.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Advise on APAC talent-market conditions and hiring approaches for senior roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build broad candidate pipelines and improve outcomes.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide timely, thoughtful experiences.
