• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth tech environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and market insights.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across functions in APAC.
• Strong stakeholder trust and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI-first sourcing and talent mapping for senior roles.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring plans and recruiting strategies.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Advise on APAC talent-market conditions and candidate availability.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build broad candidate pipelines.
• Build strong candidate relationships and timely experience throughout.
• Use data to track progress, identify risks, and report to leaders.
• Improve recruiting processes and test practical changes.
• Collaborate with Comp, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal.
