Job summary

You will mentor teams, understand customer environments, and guide deployments while coordinating with engineering and product groups to resolve issues. The role emphasizes proactive support, deep technical reviews, and ongoing customer engagement to drive successful cloud-native platform adoption across key Southeast Asia

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and translating needs into guidance.
• Strong understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, containers and cloud platforms.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships with proactive, trusted-advisor support.
• Provide technical reviews and architecture guidance for OpenShift and RHEL environments.
• Lead issue resolution, manage customer expectations, and communicate progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to debug and resolve complex problems.
• Create customer engagement plans and maintain up-to-date environment documentation.
• Share best practices and contribute to knowledge bases and playbooks.
