Job summary

Red Hat Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for strategic enterprise accounts in Southeast Asia. You will deliver practical technical and architectural guidance for RHEL and OpenShift, provide proactive support, mentor customers, and manage high-value relationships with IT leadership.

Travel as needed within the region to visit customers and participate in events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer support, development, engineering, or QA organization.
• Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships with proactive, relationship-based support.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support.
• Build trust with customers and act as their advocate within Red Hat.
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and prevent issues.
• Understand customers' technical environments, hardware, and offerings.
• Create engagement plans and keep environment documentation updated.
• Support enterprise customers implementing automated and containerized cloud platform solutions.
• Investigate and respond to support requests; collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve.
